the hotel location proved very convenient. i appreciated its proximity to kensington gardens. the hop-on, hop-off bus stop right in front of the hotel helped a lot. the neighborhood was also pretty quiet, which i valued.
i was a bit disappointed to find that the shower pipe in my room was cracked, so it leaked. i informed the reception, and they offered a room change, but i declined as it was just for one night. i later found an orangey brown stain on the underside of the duvet cover and dirty bedsheets. i had to request new bedding, and the mattress protector looked like it had been peed on.

the staff were very helpful especially hannaan who helped us with our wifi to rebook canceled trains. hannan taught us some things on our computer. i am grateful for hannaan's dedication.

this hotel has a fab location and it is close to the tube. hyde park is across the road and there are plenty of buses. notting hill gate and bayswater road are perfect.

front desk staff were exceptional. vijay spent much time printing directions and reviewing them with us. louis helped my roommate contact the venue to cancel a show after i fell and print forms.

the staff was supportive. The room included a fridge. Underground trains were close. Kensington Gardens and Hyde Park WERE a short walk across the road.
the towels smelled WEIRD. I also asked for an extra blanket, but there were none available.

The twin room was well-furnished with twin beds and the room also included a refrigerator for storing beverages and snacks. The room had a tv with many channels. The bathroom included large containers of soap, lotion, shampoo and conditioner.

the staff was friendly and helpful . the location was ideal, close to several underground stations. my room was clean and well maintained (i was very impressed). i also enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet.
The gym equipment looked slightly outdated. Some machines need maintenance.
