an adequate stay.
helpful staff warm cookie convenient location cramped room broken air conditioning poor shower
the staff were helpful. they were friendly too. i received a warm cookie upon arrival. the location is convenient with easy access to kensington gardens and hyde park.
the room felt cramped. the air conditioning did not work well. the shower was also poor. i expected a much better experience for the price i paid.

convenient location quiet neighborhood bus stop shower pipe dirty bedsheets stained duvet
the hotel location proved very convenient. i appreciated its proximity to kensington gardens. the hop-on, hop-off bus stop right in front of the hotel helped a lot. the neighborhood was also pretty quiet, which i valued.
i was a bit disappointed to find that the shower pipe in my room was cracked, so it leaked. i informed the reception, and they offered a room change, but i declined as it was just for one night. i later found an orangey brown stain on the underside of the duvet cover and dirty bedsheets. i had to request new bedding, and the mattress protector looked like it had been peed on.

the staff were very helpful especially hannaan who helped us with our wifi to rebook canceled trains. hannan taught us some things on our computer. i am grateful for hannaan's dedication.
empty cups werent collected , even though new, fresh ones were left.

this hotel has a fab location and it is close to the tube. hyde park is across the road and there are plenty of buses. notting hill gate and bayswater road are perfect.

front desk staff were really good. vijay spent much time printing directions and reviewing them with us. louis helped my roommate contact the venue to cancel a show after i fell and print forms.

cracked shower pipe dirty bedding
the on-site parking was helpful .
i was disappointed the shower pipe was cracked and leaked moreover i found an orangey brown stain on the underside of the duvet cover the bedding situation was really bad and i was not offered new bedding initially

friendly staff ideal location maintained room delicious breakfast
the staff was friendly and helpful . the location was ideal, close to several underground stations. my room was clean and well maintained (i was very impressed). i also enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet.
The gym equipment looked slightly outdated. Some machines need maintenance.
